Pet Policy

Room for tail wags, slow strolls, and sunny-window naps. At The Uptown, cats and dogs are part of the rhythm of home, with a fenced-in pet exercise area for quick outdoor breaks, treats waiting in the office, and community Yappy Hours that bring extra fun—sometimes even a visiting groomer—right to the property.

When it is time to stretch the route, easy access to Katy Trail adds a practical perk for leashed walks and fresh-air routines in Dallas. Back at home, open layouts, in-home washer/dryer, select private balconies, and Fetch Package service help keep everyday pet care simple. Explore more pet-friendly amenities, then schedule a tour to see the spaces that make life with your cat or dog feel easy.
